Collin Holland won both his games in the latest week of matches to go top of the table with Steve Durcan in the Chied Rheynn, while at the top of the Nah Rheynn there is a three way tie between Peter Johnson, Michael Corlett & Lynda Cadamy
Holland started the night with a 10-6 win over Seams Whelan, before producing an excellent performance to beat last years winner Stephen Gale 8-7, picking up 2 shots on the last end. Those two victories puts him level on points with Steve Durcan, who beat Sheila Durcan 15-5 to maintain his 100% record.
Elsewhere in the Chied Rheynn, Christine Holland beat Jayne Smith 8-6 which leaves Smith still without a point, while Harry Minor picked up his first win of the season with an 11-2 win, also over Sheila Durcan before he lost to Whelan 10-7.
The Nah Rheynn is proving to be a tight battle at the top too, with Peter Johnson continuing his impressive performance with an 11-7 win over Bernie Durcan. Michael Corlett won both his matches too, 13-3 over Heather McKenna and 18-3 against Peter McKenna.
Lynda Cadamey is matching them too, with a 17-4 victory over Gordon Drinkwater and a tight 9-7 win against Heather McKenna. Zawar Hussain is just 3 points behind them after his 15-5 win over Drinkwater.
Next week the pick of the matches sees Steve Durcan up against Stephen Gale, while in the Nah Rheynn Michael Corlett meets Lynda Cadamy.
